Shahrah-i-Arjun Singh!

Our oh-so-noble HRD minister has earned a road to his name in the Jamia Milia Islamia campus as an appreciation for a grant of Rs. 40 crore (Rs. four hundred million, I think so). By this stroke he has joined luminaries like Sarojini Naidu, Fidel Castro and Noam (the website has the name spelled wrong) Chomsky.

The pinnacle of his aspiration would be to be re-christened as either Arjun Ambedkar or Arjun Hassan (oh my! he won’t be able to do THAT at this age, if you know what I mean).
