A Russian man, when ran out of money, used his wife as a stake in a poker game, and lost her, deservedly. The wife is now divorced from the losing husband, and strangely, is married to the person who won her in the online poker game. Who is the winner here then? I think nobody, and may be to an extent, the person who won the wife. Both, the poker-loser, and the woman, are stupid. It’s OK if she divorced the husband who lost her, but it was not prudent to marry the guy who was OK with winning a wife in a poker game. The winner, well, considering he has no life (because he was playing poker online), at least now has some one to…umm, you know what
.
This happened in the mythological Mahabharata. The Pandavas lost Draupadi to the Kauravas in the game of gambling when they had lost everything else, including their kingdom.
